With the inlaws in southern Oregon now, we now get to have large holiday gatherings, which I always loved as a kid. For Thanksgiving, April and her boyfriend, Derek flew down from Sitka; Joe came over from Klamath Falls; and Josh and Hannah drove down from Portland. I grilled up a couple brined chickens which was served with a cranberry/pomegranate sauce, stuffing, sweet potatoes, cheese rolls, and probably several other things I've already forgotten. It was a great time!
