Spring Break Day 4: heading home

On the final day of our trip, we stopped off at Crissey Beach to dip our toes in the water one last time and take a few more pictures of the Bay.  We also walked around the Palace of Fine Arts.  The kids were more enamored with the ducks then the architecture, but whatever.  Of course on the drive back, we crossed the Golden Gate Bridge.  Fun, but really narrow.  The rest of the drive was uneventful, but beautiful.  Unseasonably warm and clear.  Very enjoyable!

Of course they are more enamored by ducks!! Two American Coots and a Mallard are way more fascinating!! Guess their bird-brain grandparents have rubbed off a bit. Definitely a lovely day. Interesting building...Palace of Fine Arts...just over a hundred years old. Sounds like it still is used to house art exhibits..not to mention be a backdrop for movies and weddings! Nice.
