Picking out a Tree

With schedules being what they are, but everyone wanting to go get a Christmas Tree together, we found one afternoon, after school where we could all be together at the same time.  But since daylight is short after the kids get out of school at 4pm, we couldn't go out to BLM land to get a tree and couldn't even go to the tree farm we've gone to the last couple years.  Instead, we went to Tucker Farms which is literally just a few minutes from the house at the top of the hill.  Amazingly enough the weather was not pouring or too cold like the last few years.  We quickly found a tree, cut it down, immediately questioned if we got the right one, decided it was OK, hauled it out, got it shaken and bound, picked up a wreath, and headed home to set it up!
