We can't believe how fast time flies. Emma is now nine years old. Sheesh! All of the Galbraiths are now down in Oregon and so they were here to help Emma celebrate. An entire watermelon was consumed that afternoon on the lawn to keep the ants away from the house.
For Emma's birthday dinner, all she wanted was salmon on the grill which I cooked up and served over spicy noodles. We also cooked up a platter of tuna casserole since there were so many people. Presents and cake afterwards.

How nice to have family around to help celebrate a very important birthday!!!...and watermelon with hammocks...summer fun couldn't get better!
