Resources & Ops

Once a year, most office divisions get together for an all employee meeting.  This year, Resources (my division) and Operations got together for a big meeting and picnic down near Corvallis.

 Yes, it looks like a clearcut, but it's up on the ridge and far from any streams.  Also, the roads were heavily rocked to facilitate winter timber haul.

Afterwards, we broke up to head out to various field tours.  I went on the field tour that showcased the recent Rainbow Ridge Timber Sale which overlooked Corvallis.
