Stream Surveys near Whipup Flats

Towards the end of the year, I like to touch bases with all my staff to make sure that all is well and any issues are resolved.  Anyway, I got out to do some stream surveys with my Tillamook hydrologist and I took along the district NEPA planner too.  Although after the hike we went on, she may never go to the woods with me again.  It really wasn't that bad of a day, but I can see that if you've never been to the woods and aren't used to it that it would be a pretty rude awakening.  There were a lot of slips, trips, falls, lost hard hats, brush to the face, etc. Anyway, we surveyed a few streams and called it a day.
