Same as before, but this time at our northern seed orchard. Because it was supposed to get breezy, spray operations got moved up to sunrise which meant we had to be on site even earlier than that to place water quality monitoring devices. Kirk and I ended up leaving Salem for the Horning Seed Orchard at 3:30am. We got there in time and got our monitoring equipment placed. The spray was a success!

Sign of the times...everyone masked up. Have been thinking of our favorite seed orchard recently!! Glad the spraying was a success...although I'm not thrilled with spraying...but assume and hope it is rather benign.
