Went to the field with Aquatics Staff from the Siuslaw Field Office on the day after some pretty intense rain which turned out to be about a 3-5 year flood event. Even though the flood event was statistically not that exciting, most of the Lake Creek Valley (photo, above) was entirely flooded including a good number of homes, county, and state highways. The BLM logging roads held up pretty well though!
