Organized and orchestrated a field tour to Lobster Creek with folks from Oregon State university and our State office. I have some water quality monitoring equipment to assess the baseline conditions of a recently-designated Wild and Scenic River. This was the field tour where I shamelessly promoted my monitoring efforts because I knew a funding opportunity was coming. After dazzling people, I applied for and received $100,000 in water quality monitoring funds!!!
