After the dismal weather in Portland, the weather in Washington was totally redeeming! We drove up to Seattle and spent the night on the University of Washington Campus. The next morning, bright and early, Dohnele and Emma went on a campus tour.
The twins and I met up afterwards and then Emma and I got a tour of the College of Environment. Emma loved the campus, but I was underwhelmed with what was offered considering how much the cost would be.
We wandered around campus a bit on our own and then after lunch at nearby Big Time Brewery, we drove up to Bellingham where we checked into an Air BnB. Oh yeah, and the Air BnB had a record player which Emma and I loved!
