Is there really such a thing as too many tomatoes?! This year we really tested our limits! We had three bushes in the front yard and three bushes in the backyard - assorted big and small. We did actually exceed what we could eat fresh and so we ended up roasted, pureeing, and freezing a bunch. Our freezer is still full! One of the fresh tomato recipes I did try out was a green papaya salad which wasn't nearly as good as the perfectly grilled steak I served it with.
Headed over to Tillamook for a day of work with Cory and on the drive back pulled over to stretch legs at a nice viewpoint.

I would love to be faced with a "tomato overload!" We were given one plant which just became huge...it produced some fruit.
