Tawny port at Pfeiffer Winery
Had a great rendezvous with friends down near Junction City where we hit up a couple wineries in the middle of a heat wave. Sampled some great wine (port in my case). Seriously, some of the most amazing tawny port I've ever drunk. After we all split up, I took Dohnele and her brand new paddle board up over the mountains and dropped down into Hult Pond so that she could take her board out for the first time. She managed to cover a lot of ground (water) despite falling in the drink a few times. I was impressed considering she'd never been on a paddleboard before!
