Had another restoration field day to the Siuslaw River: first to a headwaters project looking at culverts to replace on Swartz Creek. Then to a couple estuary restoration projects. After the tour wrapped up near Florence, I chose to drive north on US 101 along the coast before cutting back inland on US 20. It was a bit longer, but much more scenic! Oh yeah, and we've been picking tons of strawberries!
