Tyler and Kate came to town for a long weekend. During their time here, we went on several trips. We spent a day in Aurora antiquing which was actually kind of fun considering how many antique shops there are. Dohnele got out with us that day and took us to Willamette Valley Pie Company which was fun. We also spent a day down in Eugene at the Farmer's Market, the Saturday Market, and a brewery.
And then most notably, we went to Silver Falls State Park which was amazing! The timing was perfect because it was mid-week and it was raining. So all the streams were way up and the waterfalls were bigger than I've ever seen. And because it was mid-week, there were hardly any people out enjoying the falls! We didn't have the time needed to walk the full trail, but we went to South Falls and North Falls - the later of which I hadn't ever been to before.
Zephyr was doing learning fractions in school and was having some trouble negotiating his homework. Tyler couldn't resist and jumped in to help him!
