We got to host Thanksgiving this year which I prefer; I love cooking what I want to eat! I brined and grilled a couple chicken, did some praline sweet potatoes, made a pasta salad, deviled some eggs, made rotkohl, baked some Hatch green chili biscuits, had cranberries, of course, some homemade eggnog, and a ricotta cheese dip to go with a baguette! Dohn, Teresa, and Juleah came up for a couple days to celebrate which was nice.
