Making a Jamaican Jerk Tofu (above)
Fall garden harvest is getting under way and I'm needing to burn through a lot of tomatoes and peppers. Also got up to Topwire for a few beers with folks. Drove home via the Wheatland Ferry around sunset which is always fun and beautiful.
