Dohnele took the kids to this event a year or two ago and I missed out for some reason, but really wanted to go. So this year, Dohnele was working and I took the twins down to the airstrip in Turner, OR! It's a really fun event! Totally informal and relaxed. Bring your own chairs and just tailgate. The weather was perfect too. It's neat to see these jets because they literally have a small jet engine on them and they're loud and super fast and because they're so small, they're super maneuverable.
