Perfect Day at the Beach

Trips to the coast are such a crapshoot.  It's either too humid or too windy or too cold or the tide is high or surf is too high or some combination.  Granted, it's always fun, but there are days that more fun than others.  Anyway, this was a spur of the moment trip that turned out perfectly.  Zoe took a friend, the wind was mild, the sun was out, the tide was low, the surf was low...  Everything worked well!
Zephyr slept in (above).  Zoe and her friend (below).

In other news, the peppers, blueberries, and tomatillos are going crazy!
Melon-peach-prosciutto salad I made (above) and our Fresno and Serrano peppers (below)

Harvested tomatillos (above) and the twins, thrilled to be picking blueberries (below)

Glad the beach turned out...and how refreshingly beautiful it looked!!! Fun to see Zoë and friend enjoying it! Zephyr always looks quite peaceful sleeping! Nice harvest!
