Falstaff

A few months ago I bought tickets to see an opera in Portland and Emma and her friend, Castro, wanted to come with so we made a day of it.  Drove up for brunch at Churn Cafe and then took the bus to Keller Auditorium.

The opera itself was interesting because even the composer was well-known, the opera was not.  Still, it was a fun story that the opera company had put a fun twist on.  After the show, Emma and Castro took pictures at the Keller Fountain before we caught a bus to the Mississippi District where we went shopping at a nursery and Gifty Kitty before heading home.
