In prep for planting gardens, I picked up the annual load of topsoil and mulch which literally bottomed-out my poor car, but we made it home without cracking an axle! I also made Dohnele a homemade red-velvet chocolate cake with a homemade buttercream frosting from a friend's recipe. It was delicious and turned out perfectly. Also managed to make it to the Benedictine Brewery with Ron.

Red velvet cake...who can beat that. Nice to get the gardens underway...and a bit of brew!
