Spent the afternoon with Evan and Heidi at the Topwire Hop Project up near Woodburn where all the beer they serve feature hops grown onsite at Crosby Farms. We had meant to go a month ago, but life happened and it got postponed to now. It was a perfect afternoon and the last of the hops looked amazing in sunset colors.
