We had really decent weather right up through Halloween. I think it fell apart right after, but at least up through Halloween, it was perfect late summer weather. I took the kids to a Korean food cart that recently opened up in west Salem which was nice. I also made a green chili chicken stew with roasted Hatch green chilies that we ordered from Roth's (turned out amazing!) and Zoe made some delicious spring rolls!
Oh yeah, and the pumpkins. As usual, I carved up three pumpkins to the kid's specifications and then roasted the seeds in tajin which was different this year.

Yummy meals. Nice for the kid's help. Love Halloween...nice pumpkins...and love roasted pumpkin seeds...sounds like an interesting spice additive.
